This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This privately run resource cannot obtain a docket, change a setting, seal or remove a case, certify a copy, or give legal advice. Contact the official custodian or trial court for those services.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route each Colorado County request according to the record or action needed:
- Docket sheet: start with an official docket search, then request the sheet from its clerk
- Hearing date: review the court schedule and confirm it with the administrator, coordinator, clerk, or counsel
- Certified copy: order it from the clerk that maintains the original court file
- District case: contact the District Clerk for district civil, family, and felony records
- Other case file: use the County Clerk for constitutional County Court, probate, and guardianship records, or the applicable JP or municipal clerk
For district dockets and records, contact Valerie Harmon, Colorado County District Clerk, 400 Spring Street, Room 103, Columbus, Texas 78934, 979-732-2536. The office publishes Monday through Friday hours of 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. The County Clerk is a separate custodian, so confirm the court level before visiting.
